- Processing of rights rue to Shareholders and dispatch of same.
- Liaise with other stakeholders on the transaction to ensure a seamless process.
- Provision of on-line access to the Issuing House for monitoring of offer data and returns being collated.
- Prepare error-free analysis of all returns and produce allotment data for Issuing house usage.
- Forward subscription list to Central Securities Clearing System (CSCS) for crediting after the approval of the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC).
- Timely dispatch of return monies on un-allotted/rejected applications to subscribers.
- Pay brokerage commission to receiving agents.
